Refund policy

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, also for orders over $35.00, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.   Returns must be made within 14 days from the day the package was received. All of our products are hand-made to order so no two items are exactly the same, but we work hard to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
